Terms & Conditions
The rules for using ONQ — tickets, memberships, reservations, and venue experiences.
Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to ONQ. By downloading, accessing, or using the ONQ app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use ONQ. You must accept these Terms during account creation.
What ONQ Is
ONQ is a nightlife and events platform that connects you with venues, promoters, and event organizers. Through ONQ you can discover venues, buy event tickets, reserve VIP tables and bottle service, and purchase venue memberships. ONQ is a marketplace and booking platform, not the venue, promoter, or event organizer.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use ONQ. By using the app, you confirm that you are 21 or older. ONQ facilitates access to nightlife venues and events that may serve alcohol, and you are responsible for complying with all venue rules and local laws.
Your Account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information, verify your email when asked, and not share your account or impersonate others. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Tickets, Memberships, and Reservations
When you buy a ticket, join a membership, or make a reservation, you enter into a transaction that is honored by the venue, promoter, or organizer, not by ONQ. Availability, entry requirements, event changes, and the experience itself are the responsibility of that business. Tickets and passes are issued as QR codes and, where noted, are single-use only.
Platform Fees
ONQ charges a platform fee on certain purchases. A 10% ONQ fee is added to every event ticket purchase, and a fixed monthly fee is added to every new venue membership. Applicable fees and taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Platform fees are charged to you in addition to the venue or organizer price.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize ONQ and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including the item price, platform fee, any deposit, and applicable taxes. You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies for tickets, reservations, and memberships are set by each venue or organizer and are shown or enforced during booking. ONQ does not guarantee refunds. Membership fees recur until cancelled, and you can manage or cancel a membership in the app. Deposits and cancellation terms for VIP reservations are set by the venue.
QR Codes and Entry
Tickets, memberships, and reservations are accessed through QR codes stored in your account and, where supported, in Apple Wallet. Event ticket QR codes are single-use and are invalidated once scanned. Membership QR codes remain active only while the membership is active and paid. Entry decisions, including age and identification checks, are made by the venue.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use ONQ lawfully and not to misuse it. You may not resell tickets or passes in violation of venue rules, share or duplicate QR codes, provide false information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the app, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Notifications and Communications
By using ONQ, you agree to receive account and transaction notifications. With your permission, venues may also send you promotional notifications about events, specials, and promotions. You can manage notification settings in your device at any time.
Intellectual Property
The ONQ app, including its design, features, original text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse it without permission. Venue and event content belongs to the businesses that provide it.
Third-Party Services
ONQ relies on third-party services, including Stripe for payments, Apple Wallet for passes, social sign-in providers, and analytics. Your use of features powered by these services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ONQ is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the app, the venues or events listed, or the experiences provided by businesses, and we disclaim all implied warranties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONQ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, your transactions, or the conduct, events, or services of venues, promoters, and organizers.
Indemnification
You agree to hold ONQ and its operators harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising from your use of the app, your transactions, your conduct at venues or events, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
Termination
You may stop using ONQ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the platform and its users. Provisions on payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability continue after termination.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
